Cockpit works with a one-off setup fee plus monthly maintenance. AI Automation is priced per project. AI Consulting per hour or per half-day. A precise proposal follows the discovery call. No hidden costs, no surprises afterwards.

When will I see results?

From week one you'll see a working interim version, then a weekly update. How long the whole project takes depends on scope and integrations, so we set the exact timeline after the discovery call. With Consulting you get concrete actions after each half-day that you can act on straight away.

What's the difference between Cockpit, AI Automation and AI Consulting?

Cockpit is a central dashboard that brings together all your separate apps and data. AI Automation is for specific processes that recur every week and are currently done by hand. AI Consulting is for when you don't know what you need, and want structure or direction first before building anything.

Good. That's the whole point. Cockpit connects to your existing tools, we replace nothing. No new ERP, no retraining your team.

Do my staff get their own access to Cockpit?

Yes, with role-based permissions you set yourself. You see everything, your foreman sees his projects, your accountant sees the cash flow. One system, different views.

What kind of processes can you automate?

Examples: pulling quotes out of incoming emails and into your CRM, automatically classifying customer replies, reading invoice data from PDFs, stock checks between your shop and bookkeeping, generating recurring reports. Anything that has structure and repeats every week.

What do I get with a Consulting project?

A set period in which we work alongside you, map your tools stack and processes, and deliver a concrete plan you can run with. With or without Avonair doing the build. The timeline depends on scope and we set it after the intake.

What if you stop?

With Cockpit you own the infrastructure and code after delivery. With Automation we document every flow so another developer can take it over. No vendor lock-in.

What happens to our data and customer information?

Accepted Answer

We work GDPR-compliant and choose tools that keep data within the EU. We don't put customer data into public AI tools. Hosting in the Netherlands or within the EU. We have technical access for maintenance, only for the duration of the contract.

What does the EU AI Act mean for my SME?

Most SME use cases fall under low-risk or limited transparency requirements. We build every AI component to meet the transparency requirements, and if your use case would fall into the risk category we flag that during the planning stage. No surprises afterwards.

Should I just get going with ChatGPT myself or hire an agency?

For one-off tasks (emails, summaries, brainstorming) you're better off doing it yourself. For processes that recur every week, integrations with your tools, or when you don't know which tool fits: hiring us saves you time. We'll tell you honestly in the discovery call.

We always build in a review layer. For high-stakes work (legal, financial, customer communication) a human stays in the loop. For low-stakes work we let the AI run on its own with logging so you can check later what happened.

Monthly or annual contract?

With Cockpit, setup is a one-off fee; monthly maintenance can be cancelled per month with one month's notice. With Automation and Consulting we work per project. No annual contracts with automatic renewal.

How much of my time does this take as the owner?

For a Cockpit build: one 30-min call (discovery call), one 60-min call (plan review), weekly check-ins of 15 to 30 min. Total owner time: 4 to 8 hours across the whole build. Automation and Consulting depend on scope.
