PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
We process only personal data that you provide to us directly or that is necessary to deliver our services. This may include:

company name, role, and other business related details
content of communications, messages, documents, notes, recordings, and
meetings related to an assignment
technical or project related information provided in the context of AI
consulting or AI development
Without this data we cannot provide quotes, enter into agreements, or perform our services.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We process personal data for the following purposes:
communication about requests, quotes, and assignments
Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contractdelivery of AI consulting and AI development services
Legal basis: performance of a contractadministration, accounting, and invoicing

SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

This includes subcontractors and AI development partners involved in technical execution and delivery of services.
AI CONSULTING AND AI DEVELOPMENT
During AI consulting and AI development assignments, we may process assignment information, project data, communications, notes, and recordings to create analyses, reports, technical solutions, or other deliverables. We may use various software systems, platforms, and AI technologies to support these activities. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the assignment. Client data is not used to train generalized AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Avonair operates internationally and may use service providers or development partners that process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
When personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Avonair ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other valid transfer mechanisms under Chapter V of the GDPR.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for:
delivering our services
maintaining our business administration
internal improvement purposes
if you request deletion after the end of an assignment, we will delete personal data where legally permitted.
Data that we are required to retain by law, such as financial records, will be kept for the legally required retention period.

AUTOMATES DECISION MAKING
Avonair does not make decisions about individuals based solely on automated

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These measures include access control, secure storage, and secure communication methods.
